Based on Act No. 101/2000 Coll. On the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), I hereby inform you about the method of handling and processing of personal data.

For our cooperation, I only process the most necessary personal data such as name (surname is not required), phone number and email , so that I can contact you in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the session. This data is processed only by me and is not made available to any third party. If you use insurance support for psychotherapy, then I also process your surname and personal identification number - due to the insurance company's requirement.

As a client, you have the right to access and correct this personal data, as well as other rights stipulated in Section 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll.

I am not a clinical psychologist, therefore I do not keep medical records according to the relevant laws.

During therapeutic and counseling sessions, I keep personal notes that are anonymized (clients are not identifiable according to them, the notes are not connected in any way with the above-mentioned personal data and are not further processed in any way). They are therefore not personal data according to Act 101/2000 Coll. and are not subject to the provisions on the processing of personal data according to the above-mentioned laws. These notes serve my therapeutic work. They are never accessible to third parties.
