“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.”
- John Lennon -

It definitely took me over 30 years to come to what I call "being happy" today. In the meantime, I moved several times, lived in 6 countries, raised one child, graduated from two universities, and radically changed my professional path.

From that experience, I know that happiness is not sought, but built. It's rather a hard work, like building a house and in the beginning, you don't even know the material it should be built from.

Come and tell me about your life and how you build your happiness up.

I studied Clinical Psychology at the University of New York in Prague, Social Work at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies, and Cultural anthropology at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich/Germany. I work in psychodynamic modality.
